Project Overview

PG was retained by the Roanoke Regional Airport Commission to support the continuity of airport business operations during a period of transition in airport directors.

Advisory Services has provided guidance on the selection and management of an executive search firm for a new airport director and provided ongoing support for the new director. It has also provided guidance on updating the airport master plan and the procurement strategy for renewing airport Fixed Base Operator services and strategies to grow and enhance new air service development.
