Project Overview

PG is a subconsultant to a prime contractor who has been retained by the Commission to develop a new Enterprise Strategic Plan. PG is providing project governance, strategic advisory services, and quality control. PG will assist the prime in ensuring the new Strategic Plan will be able to translate the theoretical concepts into practical applications that will be cascaded throughout the MAC.
