Project Overview

PG Advisory supported the City of San Antonio Aviation Department in developing and executing its five-year, enterprise-wide Strategic Plan. Our firm collaborated with airport leadership and employees to provide subject matter expertise and project management support for strategic initiatives, including change management, employee engagement, cascading enterprise goals to the work unit level, tracking performance, and evaluating program effectiveness.
